Our story is based on the desire to make available to all culinary enthusiasts and not only, the opportunity to discover the traditional American recipes with beef. In this concept, every detail is carefully followed and intertwined with the passion to offer something special, unique for Sibiu and for all those who will cross our threshold. The quality of the legendary Black Angus Beef optimally swept, together with the flavor given by the charcoal carefully used by our experienced Chefs, we guarantee that they will turn every visit to our restaurant into an unforgettable experience.

We want to pamper you with Romanian specialties, to which our chef adds an extra international reputation, in order to offer you a special culinary experience. Enjoy a traditional atmosphere with good food and selected regional wines. Our products come almost exclusively from Transylvania, they are freshly prepared and seasonal. For pizza and pasta lovers we have created an original potpourri characterized by flavor and diversity.

As the first wine cellar in Sibiu, our main desire is to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy good Romanian wines in a relaxing atmosphere. In this sense, our offer includes a very varied palette and we would like to draw your attention to some extremely interesting wines. The supply of soft drinks is intentionally limited to various fruit juices, water, coffee and teas, and the so-called "softdrinks" that are unsuitable for a winery are abandoned. Our culinary offer is not that of a restaurant, but specific to a winery. Our small menu includes both traditional recipes and specialties. The number of menus is limited; however, the variety is ensured by the offer that changes weekly. We hope that many friends of the historical center will look for this place for interesting discussions and successful celebrations.
